The Relationship Hour: Learn to Have a Better Relationship with Yourself

The most important relationship you’ll ever have is the relationship you have with yourself. The StepFamily Center’s Executive Director Susan Swanson premieres her new radio show on Monday, Nov. 18, with a discussion on the importance of knowing yourself in order to have good relationships with others.

Tune in to “The Relationship Hour” on Monday at 2:00 p.m. PST to learn how to have a better relationship with yourself.

‘The Relationship Hour’ Radio Show

“The Relationship Hour” airs the third Monday of every month from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. PST on On the show, Susan will cover relationships of all types, including couples, parent/child, couples in stepfamilies, and stepparent/stepchild. Susan talks about connection and how to co-create a world where we have healthy and gratifying relationships.
